Ya Allah, thank you for every bit of atom given to me.

Ya Allah, as I look down at my still half full plate, ready to throw the food away, I remember all my brothers and sisters that will sleep hungry tonight.

 Ya Allah, thank you for every bit of atom given to me. 

Ya Allah, I do not know why some are weak, oppressed and hungry. But I do know that You know.

Ya Allah, answer one other prayer of mine tonight - help my brothers and sisters in need. Help those who are blinded by worldly pleasures and greed, and help those who lack necessities.

Ya Allah, thank you for every bit of atom given to me.
