Being active and at the right weight..

My previous weight was 62.3 and my current weight is 61.1..So what i lost 1.2 kg? people say..
well..these are the big differences between 62.3 and.61.1 kg and keeping up with a healthy weight loss, eating raw food as a part of my diet and exercising 20-30 mins a day..









Then :

Headache everyday
Stomachache after eating
Lots of pimples
Lazy all the time
Sleepy all the time
Unhealthy looking skin
Dry hair
Cannot control temper


Now:

No sickness whatsoever
Great skin!
Active all the time
Shiny hair
good digestive system
Energetic in the morning
Happy!
