Olive oil Bread Dip

Hello...most of you know that i love to cook...
and lately I've been cooking mostly Italian...
because it is simple and healthy.
So here's a simple and healthy meal I made for breakfast and you can make too.
The basic ingredients of Italian dishes are always olive oil, tomatoes, herbs like basil and thyme, and garlic.
Enjoy!

Olive oil Bread Dip

Ingredients

1 cup extra virgin olive oil
2/3 cup aged balsamic vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 clove of pressed garlic

Directions
In a bottle with a lid, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, kosher salt, and pepper. Seal bottle, and refrigerate mixture 8 hours, or overnight. Shake well before serving. Store in the refrigerator.

All the ingredients above are available at Giant Supermarket.
You can also buy the French bread there.

The bread on the right is the Olive Oil Bread Dip, the left one is bread with salsa and I'm going to post the recipe for that tomorrow.
